Wow, love this quote about theatre from Simon Callow. Captures what I have felt about theatre since my early shows as a child—being swept away by ‘The Nutcracker Ballet’ in 2nd grade to my first ‘big spectacle production’ of ‘Phantom of the Opera’ in high school. I had no idea what I was walking into, but a magical arena indeed.
